Software Model

To effectively run any business, you need to put restraints on what employees can and can’t do.  This protects you and all the hard work you have put into your business which is your lively hood.  Employees are great but they never treat their work as you would.  You have more important things to do besides sitting and looking over your employees shoulders.

Several measures are put into place that you can turn on or off to help you insure that users are doing their jobs correctly.  Once you set this up, in your software applications, then you can concentrate on other tasks that can make you even more money.

Auditing is a great way to see who is doing what and when.  You can set up Auditing for important information.  Any changes, additions or deletions will be catalogued for your viewing.  Not only does this help monitor your employees but will also tell you who may need more training when dealing with a particular business situation.

Security is incredibly important and reduces the risk of losing important information.  You can setup permissions which control what your employees can and can’t do when working in your software.
